Entire Agreement; No Waiver

Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Michigan for disputes arising out of or relating to the Site or Services.
