Free U.S. Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)

  • Handling time

    Ships in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Some Saturday shipments by 12:00 PM ET.

  • From

    Most orders ship from Canton, MI 48187, USA. APO/FPO/DPO & PO Boxes welcome.

  • Carrier & speed

    USPS Priority Mail — typically 2–3 business days in the contiguous U.S.; longer to AK, HI, and U.S. Territories.

  • Signature

    Orders over $200 may require a signature on delivery.

  • Lost / delayed

    If delayed, you can wait or request a replacement. If still not delivered after 15 days, choose Replacement or Refund.

  • Returns

    30-day easy returns with a prepaid USPS label. Opened kits may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Handling & Dispatch

Carrier & Estimated Delivery

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Typical delivery is 2–3 business days in the contiguous U.S.; deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Signature on Delivery

Orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Delayed: If your package is delayed, you may choose to wait, or request a replacement shipment. If both arrive, please return one using the provided prepaid label.
  • Lost: If not delivered after 15 days from the last carrier scan/expected date, you may choose a Replacement or Refund.
  • Damaged on arrival: Report with photos within 5 business days of delivery and we’ll replace immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day easy returns with a prepaid USPS label. Factory-sealed kits are fully refundable. Opened (but complete) kits may incur a 20% restocking fee. If any components are missing from the return, a 20% restocking fee applies.

Wrong item received: If you received a different kit than ordered (photo of the label required), we’ll send the correct kit immediately at no cost.

Wrong kit ordered: Please place a new order for the correct kit; request a prepaid return label for the original. We’ll refund upon receipt.

What’s Included / Not Included

Our model-specific kits include the most-used machine-thread screws for your vehicle. Not included: barrel screws, shoulder/collared screws, screw pins, wood/coarse-thread screws (replaced with precision machine-thread alternatives), e-clips, body clips, turnbuckles, hinge pins, and other specialty/patent-pending parts.

International Orders

We do not currently ship internationally from our website. International customers may purchase via our eBay store using eBay’s International Shipping program (https://www.ebay.com/str/jcwent). eBay handles international shipping, duties/taxes/VAT, returns, and lost shipments.
