- Original-style non-metric, wood, plastic, or coarse-thread screws are not supplied. For the locations covered by this kit, the included metric machine-thread stainless steel hardware serves as the replacement.

Convert one location at a time, compare the replacement with the original hardware, and start threads by hand.
Confirm the replacement length and thread engagement before tightening. Use blue threadlocker only on metal-to-metal threads; do not apply it to plastic.
After the first runs, inspect the converted hardware and retorque lightly as needed.
